Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

M.O.B tech operates as a dropshipping store, meaning your order is shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

European Union: 5–15 business days
Rest of Europe: 7–20 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. Free shipping may be available on select products or promotions.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
